Since it began in the 1980s, The Simpsons has gone on to become one of the most culturally significant television shows of all time, having amused audiences around the world with its comedy and irreverent look on modern family life.
Characters like Bart and Homer have become household names and the show - along with creator Matt Groening - has picked up numerous awards during the time it has been on air.
The show has a legion of die-hard fans who have seen every episode and memorised quotes and those who want to delve deeper into the show - or know a friend or family member who is obsessed with the series - may want to consider taking out a subscription to Best of The Simpsons.
Presented by Simpsons Comics, the magazine, which is published 13 times a year, contains entertaining comic strips featuring characters from the show. Each story focuses on the members of the dysfunctional family, but there also appearances from a number of other Springfield residents, with Kwik-E-Mart owner Apu, Mr Burns, Principal Skinner and Comic Book Guy among those likely to have cameo roles in the tales.
In addition, some of the issues, titled The Best of Bart Simpson, concentrate on the adventures of the mischievous ten-year-old, while the Super Spectacular issues see the characters adopt their superhero alter-egos.
Each issue typically contains two full-length stories and the title also comes with a free poster every month, as well as a complimentary gift, with items such as fridge magnets and an inflatable guitar bundled with previous issues.
